How to plan a corporate event your guests actually enjoy

Conferences, workshops and company dinners — and why a venue by the sea changes how people show up.

A corporate event lives or dies on two things: whether the programme runs smoothly, and whether people want to be there. A room by the beach helps with the second one more than you would expect.

Choose the layout for the purpose

  • Conferences and launches — theatre-style for up to 1,000, facing the stage and screens.
  • Workshops and working sessions — tables in the daylit hall, room to move between groups.
  • Dinners and awards — a banquet set for up to 500, dressed as formally as you like.

Build in time outside

Hall of Odin comes with complimentary beach access. Breaks on the sand, a sunset reception after the last session, or team photographs by the water turn a day of presentations into something people remember.

Make getting there easy

We're beside Wave Beach at Elegushi, Lekki, with on-site parking. Send your guests the directions along with the agenda.
