Hall of Odin Event Center(“we”) runs this website. We have kept it simple on purpose: it doesn’t track you, and it doesn’t collect your details unless you choose to send them to us.

What the website collects

• Nothing is stored in your browser — no cookies, no tracking and no session notes.
• Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to run and secure the site.

When you enquire

When you send the enquiry form, what you wrote — your name, phone number, email if you gave one, the date, guest numbers and details of your event — goes to our reservations system, which is run by our group, Lion Hospitality Partners, so our events team can call you back.

We use it only to reply, quote and arrange your event, and we keep it for as long as we need to for that and for our records.

WhatsApp is run by Meta and has its own privacy policy. The same applies if you call us, or use “Get directions”, which opens Google Maps.

Sharing

We don’t sell your information. We share it only where we need to for your event (for example, with suppliers you ask us to coordinate) or where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Message us on WhatsApp (opens in a new tab), call 0912 598 4938 or email adekemi@hallofodinlagos.com.

Changes

If the way the website works changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
